Law No. 13,709/2018 sets out how personal data may be processed in Brazil. It shapes how the platform is built and how your account is operated.
A legal basis for every use
All data processing on the platform rests on a legal basis, such as performance of the contract, compliance with a legal obligation or legitimate interest.
Specific purpose
Data is processed for the purposes communicated to the data subject, and is not used in ways incompatible with what was stated.
Retention for as long as necessary
Information is kept for as long as the purpose lasts or for the period required by applicable law, and then deleted or anonymized.

We take technical and administrative measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and from loss or improper alteration.

When your company uses the platform to serve its own customers, you are the controller of your contacts' data and Dyamante acts as processor, handling that information according to your instructions and the signed contract.
Dyamante as controller
For the data you provide directly to us, such as when requesting a demo, creating an account or contacting support, Dyamante is the controller and is responsible for the purposes and means of the processing.
