Connect Dyamante to the rest of your stack

Meta's official channels on one side, your ERP and your automations on the other. If your system speaks HTTP, Dyamante speaks to it.

How to integrate

Three ways to plug Dyamante in

From the tech team writing code to whoever builds the flow by dragging blocks. They all start from the same access token.

1

REST API

For those with a tech team who want to drive the platform from their own system.

  • Authentication by access token
  • Starts conversations from approved message templates
  • Works with the contacts in your base
  • Fires automation chatbots via the API
2

Webhooks

So your system reacts the moment something happens in Dyamante.

  • Events sent via POST to the URL you define
  • Message received and contact updated, among others
  • No periodic polling: the event arrives instantly
  • The same URL serves the whole operation
3

No-code automation

To build the integration by dragging blocks, without relying on development.

  • Native integrations with Make.com and N8N
  • Connection through the token generated in the dashboard
  • Orchestrates Dyamante alongside spreadsheets, ERPs and other apps
  • The flow stays documented in the tool itself
Step by step

From a blank account to a running integration

The path is the same for all three: generate the key, choose how to talk, connect and check it arrived.

  1. 1

    Generate the token

Under Settings › Integrations you create your account's access token, without relying on our team.

  2. 2

    Choose the method

REST API to drive the platform, webhooks to receive events, Make or N8N to build it without code.

  3. 3

    Connect

Register the token in the tool's credentials or provide the URL that will receive the events via POST.

  4. 4

    Test

Fire a real conversation and check that the event arrived and the action happened on the other side.

Access token

The key comes from your own dashboard

Under Settings › Integrations you generate the token that authenticates the API, the webhooks and the Make and N8N nodes. No waiting on our roadmap.

  • Open Settings › Integrations in your account dashboard
  • Generate the integration's access token
  • Use the same token in the API, the webhooks, Make and N8N
  • Define the URL that will receive the events via POST

Settings › Integrations

  • API Token
  • Webhooks URL
  • Make.com Nativo
  • N8N Nativo

About integrations

Not necessarily. The REST API and webhooks are for those with a tech team, but Make.com and N8N have a native Dyamante integration: you build the flow by dragging blocks and connect it with the token generated in the dashboard.

With the API it's your system talking to Dyamante: you call the platform to start a conversation or work with a contact. With a webhook it's the opposite: Dyamante notifies your system when something happens, POSTing the event to the URL you defined.

Starting conversations from approved message templates, working with the contacts in your base, firing automation chatbots and reacting to events like message received or contact updated. With Make or N8N in the middle, that connects to spreadsheets, ERPs and the rest of your systems.

No. WhatsApp Cloud API, 360Dialog, Instagram and Messenger connect directly under Settings › Service channels, with Meta as the provider. The token and webhooks are for connecting the platform to your other systems.
