N8N Components

Automate Dyamante inside your N8N flows

The N8N integration is native. You generate a token in the dashboard, add the Dyamante node to your flow and orchestrate customer service alongside the rest of your systems.

Why use them

What the native nodes solve

No writing code and no waiting on development: the flow is built and documented inside N8N itself.

Native nodes

Dyamante already appears as a component inside N8N, with no hacked-together manual requests.

Access token

Authentication comes from Settings › Integrations, in your own account dashboard.

Orchestration

Connect Dyamante to spreadsheets, ERPs and any service N8N already supports.

Real-time events

The flow can start from a platform event, such as a message received.

No waiting on a roadmap

Whoever knows the operation builds and adjusts the flow without opening a development ticket.

CRM actions

Create items on the boards and move conversations along based on what happens outside them.

How to connect

Three steps to your first flow

The same access token that authenticates the API and the webhooks also authenticates the N8N nodes.

1

Generate the token in the dashboard

Go to Settings › Integrations in your Dyamante account and create the integration's access token.

2

Install the node in N8N

Add the Dyamante component to your N8N and register the credential with the generated token.

3

Build the flow

Choose the trigger, chain the actions and publish. The flow then runs on its own.

Orchestration

Dyamante in the middle of your other systems

N8N already talks to hundreds of services. With the native nodes, customer service stops being an island and starts exchanging data with what the company already uses.

  • A new contact in Dyamante creates an item on the CRM board
  • A message received logs a row in a spreadsheet
  • A card moving stage fires a message template
  • Data changed in your ERP updates the contact on the platform

Flows in N8N

  • Novo contato Item on the board
  • Mensagem recebida Row in the spreadsheet
  • Card mudou de etapa Message template
  • Contato alterado Updates the ERP

About the N8N integration

Yes. The nodes run inside your N8N, so you need your own instance, whether their cloud version or one your team hosts. Dyamante slots in as a component inside it.

It does. Because the connection is made with the access token generated under Settings › Integrations, it doesn't matter whether N8N is in the cloud or on a server at your company: it just needs to reach the internet.

The flow can start from platform events, like message received and contact updated, which arrive by webhook. You can also flip it: the trigger starts in another system and the Dyamante node performs the action, such as starting a conversation from a message template.

You can. Both integrations are native and independent, and use the same kind of token generated in the dashboard. Nothing stops you keeping one flow in Make and another in N8N on the same account.
