Schedule the send for the right moment
Get the message ready today and choose the date and time it should arrive. The platform sends it on its own, even outside business hours.
The send doesn't depend on someone remembering
Reminders, follow-ups and notices go out at the planned moment, without depending on who's on shift.
Date and time
Choose exactly when the message should be sent.
Automatic sending
The platform sends it on its own, with nobody watching.
Inside the conversation
The schedule comes out of the conversation and stays in the contact's history.
Adjust before it goes
Edit or cancel the send while it's still scheduled.
Reminders and follow-ups
Agree a follow-up with the customer and schedule it on the spot.
Strategic dates
Prepare notices for due dates, deliveries and key dates.
When a scheduled send needs an approved template
WhatsApp only allows a free-form message in the 24 hours after the customer's last reply. Outside that, the send has to go through a Meta-approved template.
- Scheduling a send from the conversation itself
- A list of the upcoming scheduled sends
- Editing or cancelling before the set date

About scheduled messages
Yes. While the message is scheduled it shows in the list of upcoming sends, and you can edit the text, change the date or cancel it outright.
The send follows the time zone configured on the account, the same one used for the company's business hours in Settings. You set the time and the platform fires on it.
It depends on the timing. If the send falls within 24 hours of the customer's last message, the text can be free-form. Outside that window, WhatsApp requires an approved template, and the platform offers the ones active on your account.
Yes. Sending is automatic and doesn't depend on anyone being logged in. That's why you can schedule early-morning reminders or end-of-day notices.
Schedule your next send
Write the message, pick the date and let the platform handle the timing.
