Why automate

First contact resolved without a queue

The chatbot greets, works out what the person wants and takes the conversation to the right team.

Visual builder

Message and menu blocks, branching by choice.

Live preview

The conversation appears beside the editor as you build the flow.

Service chatbot

Triggered when the customer reaches out on a channel.

Automation chatbot

Fired by sequences, campaigns or the API mid-conversation.

Default team

Set which team the conversation goes to at the end of the flow.

Draft and publish

Edit safely and only publish the version once you approve it.

Service and automation

Two families of chatbot, one builder

One chatbot is triggered when the customer reaches out. The other is sent mid-conversation, by a sequence, a campaign or the API.

  • Message blocks and option blocks with branching
  • Chatbot tied to a channel and a default team
  • A test button before putting the flow live
  • Duplicate and archive versions without losing history

How it works

From the first block to a published flow

The chatbot only goes live when you approve it. Until then it stays a draft and you can test it freely.

  1. 1

    Build the flow

Add message and menu blocks in the visual builder and wire the options to the service branches.

  2. 2

    Test the conversation

Use the test button and the WhatsApp preview beside the editor to walk the flow as if you were the customer.

  3. 3

    Publish the version

While it's a draft, nobody sees it. On publish, the version goes live on the chosen channel.

  4. 4

    Track and adjust

Duplicate to try changes, archive what you no longer use and publish again when you approve.

About the chatbot

No. The builder is visual: you add message blocks and menu blocks, wire the options to the branches and watch the result in the WhatsApp preview alongside.

Yes. It's common to run a service chatbot on the entry menu and others for campaigns and sequences. Each one is tied to a channel and has its own default team.

While you're editing, the flow stays a draft and no customer is affected. Once it's approved you publish the version and it goes live. You can also duplicate and archive versions.

The service one is triggered when the customer reaches out on a channel. The automation one is sent mid-conversation, fired by a sequence, a campaign or the API.
